Fernando Torres scored two exceptional first-half goals to keep Liverpool in the title hunt with a 4-0 victory at home to Blackburn. Blues stun Anfield
Liverpool were hammered in their own back-yard in the Champions League as Chelsea took a huge step on the road to a possible Champions League final in Rome with a 3-1 win. The Merseysiders' 14-month, 32-game unbeaten home record in all competitions was shattered by Chelsea. Now Liverpool must produce a recovery of Istanbul proportions on Tuesday in the second leg at Stamford Bridge to stay in the competition.

Liverpool 1-0 Fulham
.
Liverpool hit the woodwork FOUR times.. But still they emerged as winner.. Go Go Liverpool.. They should have win 5-0 if not because of the woodwork. It looked as though the Reds were going to pay for missed chances until the Yossi Benayoun blasted a right-footed shot past Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer.
